The beef must be cut into thin slices. When turning the beef rolls in the pan while frying, do not move them too quickly, or else they will come undone and lose their shape.

Ingredients
- 7.05 ounces (200 grams) rib eye beef steak
- 5.29 ounces (150 grams) Enoki mushrooms
- 1.69 fluid ounces (50 milliliters) beef juice
Seasonings
- salt to taste
- five-spice powder to taste
- appropriate amount of salad oil

Cooking Directions
- Slice beef steak.
- Wash Enoki mushrooms.
- Add a spoonful of five-spice powder and salt to beef and mushrooms separately.
- Use the beef slices as wraps, wrap mushrooms in beef slices.
- Heat oil in pan. Add beef rolls and fry until golden brown. Drizzle on beef juice. Serve.
