Ingredients
- 1 pound (500 grams) taro
- 1 ¾ ounces (50 grams) carrot
Seasonings
- starch, to taste
- salt, to taste
Cooking Directions
- Wash, peel and slice the taro into shreds.
- Wash and slice the carrots into shreds.
- Mix the taro and carrots together in a bowl, adding starch and salt to taste.
- Mix by hand, and pour into a saucer. Place over a steamer pot filled with water, and steam for 15 minutes.
- Remove the saucer, and cut the taro fritter into pieces.
