Zucchini Salad with Snow Peas
Younger, Softer Skin with Zucchini Salad and Snow Peas
Zucchini and snow peas have a moistening effect on the skin, and also help to regulate metabolism, promote healthy digestion, and prevent certain types of cancers. Eating these vegetables regularly can boost the immune system and improve overall skin health.
Advice from the Chinese Chef
After blanching the zucchini and snow pea shreds in boiling water, ensure that they have cooled down before adding the rest of the ingredients – this will help maintain the desired texture of the dish.
