Ingredients
- 10 ounces (300 grams) congee base
- 1/3 cup (50 grams) cashews
- 3/8 cup (50 grams) peanuts
- 3/8 cup (50 grams) sunflower seeds
- 1/8 cup (20 grams) white sesame seeds
Seasonings
- crystallized rock sugar, to taste
- vegetable oil, to taste

Cooking Directions
- Add oil to a pot and bring to heat. Add in the cashews and peanuts to fry. When finished, allow to air-dry until cool.
- Crush the cashews and peanuts into small pieces.
- Add oil to a pot and bring to heat. Add in the sunflower seeds and white sesame seeds to stir-fry. When finished, allow to air-dry until cool.
- Add congee base broth to a pot along with crystallized rock sugar and bring to boil. Add in the cashews and peanuts.
- Finally, add in the sunflower seeds and white sesame seeds, and pour into a bowl to serve.
