Stir-Fried Zucchini with Shrimp Sauce
A Delicious Cold-Relief Treat
In this Korean-style stir-fry dish, zucchini is paired with shrimp sauce and sesame seeds for a delicious flavor and unique texture not commonly seen in other stir-fries. Zucchini is also effective for relieving many cold symptoms, such as coughing and dryness of throat and lungs.
Advice from the Cantonese Master Chef
Be sure that the zucchini does not become too tender while cooking, or it will lose some of its nutritional benefits.
