Stir-Fried Cured Meat with Broccoli
Combat Cancer, Strengthen Your Body
Broccoli is rich in carotene and many other important oxidation-resistant vitamins, and eating broccoli on a regular basis may reduce the risk of certain types of cancer. The cured meat in this dish helps digestion as well as strengthens the body.
Advice from the Chef
Try soaking the broccoli in lightly salted water for a few minutes before stir-frying; this will not only dispel any cabbage worm, but will also help get rid of any residual pesticides.
