- 10.5 ounces (300 grams) fresh shrimp meat
- 5.29 ounces (150 grams) lily bulbs
- 2.64 ounces (75 grams) snow peas
Seasonings
- scallions to taste
- salt to taste
- sugar to taste
- ground pepper to taste
- cooking wine to taste
- light soy sauce to taste
- water-starch solution
- soup stock

Cooking Directions
- Wash lily bulbs. Wash snow peas and cut in halves. Blanch, then rinse under cold water briefly.
- Wash shrimp. Mix shrimp with salt, ground pepper, and water-starch solution. Mince scallions.
- Heat oil to medium heat in wok. Stir-fry shrimp, then remove from wok and strain away excess oil.
- Heat up the remaining oil in the wok. Fry minced scallions until aromatic. Add shrimp and cooking wine.
- Add lily bulbs, salt, sugar, ground pepper, light soy sauce, and soup stock. Cook well. Add snow peas and fry evenly. Serve.
