Ingredients
- 8 ¾ ounces (250 grams) pineapple
- 1/2 cup (100 grams) Japonica ric
- 3 ½ ounces (100 grams) banana
Seasonings
- crystallized rock sugar to taste

Cooking Directions
- Rinse the Japonica rice and soak in water for 1 hour.
- Peel the banana and cut into pieces.
- Skin the pineapple, remove the flesh, and cut into cubes.
- Add the appropriate amount of rice to a pot, bring to the boil, add the Japonica rice and bring to a rolling boil.
- Add the banana and pineapple, reduce to a simmer, and cook until thick and glutinous. Add the crystallized rock sugar, stir, and serve.
