Increase Your Appetite with Mixed Fruit Congee
Mixed fruit congee contains vitamins, inorganic salts, natural sugars, and many other substances important for maintaining good health. In addition, the sweet fragrance of the various fruits helps to increase appetite and promote healthy digestion.
Tips from the Master Chef
Pineapple contains protease enzymes, which can stimulate mucus production in the nose and mouth. To prevent excessive mucus, be sure to soak the pineapple slices in a lightly-salted bowl of water before eating.
