Ingredients
- 1/2 ounce (15 grams) lily bulbs
- 1/2 ounce (15 grams) peanuts
- 1/4 cup (30 grams) rice
Seasonings
- white sugar to taste

Cooking Directions
- Soak the lily bulbs in fresh water overnight and rinse clean. Rinse the peanuts with water and soak them in fresh water for 30 minutes. Wash the rice.
- Add the appropriate amount of water to a pot then add the peanuts and bring to the boil, then simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add the rice and lily bulbs, bring to the boil, then reduce to a simmer until they become congee.
- Add sugar to taste.
