Ingredients
- 9 ounces (250 grams) fresh lilies
- 3 ½ ounces (100 grams) celery
- 3 ounces (80 grams) cashews
- 1 ¾ ounces (50 grams) carrots
Seasonings
- garlic, as needed
- ginger, as needed
- salt, as needed
- water-starch mixture, as needed
- peanut oil, as needed

Cooking Directions
- Tear the petals off of the lilies, and wash. Chop the celery and carrots into pieces. Chop the garlic and ginger into small pieces.
- Blanch the lilies, celery, and carrot pieces in boiling water. Remove and allow to drip dry.
- Place the cashews into a pan, and fry in oil until golden. Remove and allow to drip dry.
- Add the garlic and ginger into the frying pan, leaving the remaining oil in the pan as well. When the aroma begins to fill the kitchen, add in the lilies, celery, and carrot pieces to fry.
- Add salt and mix evenly. Thicken with the water-starch mixture. Finally, add the cashews and continue to stir fry.
