Lamb and goji berries are a wonderful combination. When the freshness of lamb meat and the sweetness of goji berry are combined, they create a dish that is perfectly light and agreeable.
Ingredients
- 2.8 ounces (80 grams) lean lamb meat
- 1.05 ounces (30 grams) goji berries
- 2/3 cup (120 grams) rice
Seasonings (all to taste)
- salt
- chicken bouillon
- ground pepper
- chopped scallions
Cooking Directions
- Wash lamb. Scald in boiling water to remove blood. Wash again with cold water. Dice.
- Wash rice. Place rice, lamb, and goji berries in clay pot. Add a little bit over 4 cups of water (1000 milliliters). Bring to rolling boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and cook for 30 minutes until rice swells.
- Add salt, chicken bouillon, and ground pepper as desired. Sprinkle chopped scallions on top. Serve.
