Ingredients
- 1 lamb leg bone
- 3/4 cup (150 grams) glutinous rice
- 0.88 ounce (25 grams) red date

Cooking Directions
- Wash lamb bone. Chop into pieces.
- Wash red dates; remove kernels.
- Wash glutinous rice.
- Add appropriate amount of water to pot. Add lamb bones and bring water to a boil, then simmer over low heat for approximately 1 hour. Sift away smaller, broken bits of bone.
- Add glutinous rice and red dates. Boil over high heat to create congee. Serve.
