Cancer-Fighting Green Chili and Dried Shrimp Stir-Fry
Peppers contain capsaicin, which is a powerful antioxidant. When combined with nutritionally rich dried shrimp, it is effective at preventing the metabolism of relevant cells. This can help prevent the growth of cancer cells, which reduces the risk of getting cancer.
How to Cut Spicy Peppers
Run your knife beneath cold water for a moment before cutting the peppers; this will make your eyes sting less when cutting them.
