Goose Liver Salad with Green Onions

Goose liver is an excellent overall source of nutrition, and regular consumption can protect the eyes from dryness and keep the skin healthy. Paired with green onions, it can also be a good source of energy to fight off fatigue.

Ingredients
- 7 ounces (200 grams) goose liver
- 5.25 ounces (150 grams) green onions
Seasonings
- white sugar, as needed
- sesame oil, as needed
- Soy sauce, as needed

Cooking Directions
- Wash the green onions, and cut into pieces approximately 1.5 inches (4 centimeters) long.
- Cut the goose liver into slices, and place into a pot.
- Add white sugar, , sesame oil, soy sauce, and green onions, mixing evenly with goose liver.
- Pour into a serving bowl.
