Ginger Spinach Salad
Spicy and Delicious – A Great Baby-Making Food
Ginger can kill germs, promote blood circulation, fortify the stomach, relieve pain, induce sweating, and dispel heat. Spinach is rich in carotene, iron, vitamin B6, and folic acid. By combining the two, we can make a dish that helps improve appetite. It is a great dish for those looking to conceive. For others, it just simply tastes great!
Getting the Best Taste out of Your Spinach
Blanching the spinach will remove some of its oxalic acid and will make it taste less astringent.
