Ingredients
- 8.81 ounces (250 grams) enoki mushroom
- 7.05 ounces (200 grams) cubed ham
Seasonings
- salt to taste
- chicken bouillon to taste
- sugar to taste
- sesame oil to taste

Cooking Directions
- Shred cubed ham.
- Wash enoki mushrooms
- Bring appropriate amount of water to boil. Blanch enoki mushrooms, then rinse with cold water. Remove excess water from mushrooms.
- Place shredded ham and enoki mushrooms in bowl.
- Stir in salt, chicken bouillon, sugar, and same oil. Serve.
