Ingredients
- 2 cups (300 grams) congee base
- 3 ½ ounces (100 grams) Chinese yam
- 2 ½ ounces (75 grams) goji berries
- 3/4 ounce (25 grams) scallions
Seasonings
- 1 teaspoon (4 grams) salt
- 1/2 teaspoon (2 grams) ground pepper
- peanut oil as needed

Cooking Directions
- Wash the Chinese yam and steam for 5 minutes.
- Remove the yam, peel, and cut into slices.
- Remove any impurities from the goji berries, wash, and soak. Cut the scallions into pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the scallions. Add the yam and stir fry, then add the congee base and heat it through.
- Add the goji berries to the congee, then add salt and pepper to taste. Serve in bowls.
