Ingredients
- 14.1 ounces (400 grams) eggplant
- 1.76 ounces (50 grams) sweet bean sauce
- garlic cloves to taste
Seasonings
- salt to taste
- chicken bouillon to taste
- water-starch solution
- salad oil to taste

Cooking Directions
- Peel eggplant. Cut into thick strips.
- Slice garlic.
- Heat oil in pot. Fry eggplant strips until they become slightly soft. Remove from pot and strain away excess oil.
- Heat the oil that is left over in the pot after removing eggplant; add sweet bean sauce and fry until aromatic. Add garlic and fry briefly. Add a bit of water.
- Add eggplant strips, salt, and chicken bouillon; stir-fry until ingredients are cooked. Add water-starch solution to thicken. Serve.
