Ingredients
- 2 cups (300 grams) congee base
- 5 ¼ ounces (150 grams) chicken thigh
- 1 ounce (30 grams) chives
Seasonings (all to taste)
- salt
- chicken bouillon powder
- ground pepper
- vegetable oil
- scallions

Cooking Directions
- Wash the chicken thigh and slice thinly. Stir together with a mixture of salt, chicken bouillon powder, and vegetable oil.
- Cut the chives into very small pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the chives, cooking until fragrant. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until the meat is about 60% cooked.
- Add congee base slowly and bring to the boil.
- Add salt, bouillon powder, and pepper to taste. Pour into bowls, sprinkle over scallions for decoration, and serve.
