Chicken Salad with Kimchi
Chicken and Kimchi in Food Therapy
Chicken salad with kimchi is indeed a health food among Chinese. Paired with congee, it’s ultimate choice when it comes to a healthy breakfast. Kimchi is full of vitamins, calcium, and phosphorous, making it useful for preventing arteriosclerosis. It also contains the probiotic bacterium Lactobacillus, so it can lubricate the intestines, aid digestion, and prevent constipation. When served with chicken, it can help treat loss of appetite and spleen and stomach vacuity.
Cooking with Sesame Seeds
If your white sesame seeds are raw, first heat them until aromatic over low heat in a frying pan.
