Ingredients
- 8.81 ounces (250 grams) char siu pork
- 3/4 cup (150 grams) japonica rice
- 3.52 ounces (100 grams) dried oyster meat
- 1 century egg
Seasonings
- salt to taste

Cooking Directions
- Dice char siu pork.
- Deshell century egg. Wash and dice.
- Wash dried oyster meat in boiling water. Wash japonica rice.
- Bring appropriate amount of water to boil in pot. Add japonica rice and cook briefly. Then add dried oyster meat and cook together with rice to make congee.
- Add diced char siu pork and century egg. Cook briefly. Add salt to taste. Serve.
