Ingredients
- 14 ounces (400 grams) broccoli
- 3/4 ounce (25 grams) mushrooms
Seasonings
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- peanut oil to taste

Cooking Directions
- Wash and cut up the broccoli.
- Blanch the broccoli in a pot of boiling water, remove, and dry.
- After soaking the mushrooms in warm water, remove, rinse, and dry.
- Heat an oiled pan, add the broccoli, and briefly stir fry.
- Add the mushrooms and stir fry. Add salt, black pepper, and water as needed while stir-frying. Remove from pot and serve.
